thesis essay for this semester

"mat rempit" issues require immediate and efficient approach

Slicing through the traffic in high speed, massive convoy ruling the streets and many more breath taking action done by “mat rempit”. It have haunting all of us since 1980’s. Since we didn’t stop them 20 years back, now they’ve outrun us. Recently, they dare to terrorize and snatched our citizen without having any guilt or shame. They’ve seems to be getting worst each days and that leaves our government counter measures outdated. Despite their criminal record acceleration they also have grow in number up to 200 000 people, mentioned Datuk Halimah binti Mohd Sadiqueby, on 24 JUN 2009 in Malaysia parliament. Hence, these issues should be addressed urgently by introducing an alternative strategy, reconsidering our law and impact approach.

The crime rate that over flood our statistics nowadays often linked to “mat rempit”, so there should be an appropriate solution to these criminal or so called “mat rempit”. Our policy today in criminal issues would be deterrence policing, but it have failed for 20 years. A well constructed policing like the “problem oriented policing” would be a breakthrough to “mat rempit” issues. This being proved by operation ceasefire using the “problem oriented policing” which been directed by Professor David M. Kennedy, Harvard professor that solely aimed to reduced reduce serious juvenile and gang violence in Boston have declined the gun assault by 70 percent in two years. Despite the policy revolution, our government should also re-examine the UN recommendation in criminal justice reform guidelines. This is because UN Congresses on Prevention of Crime and Treatment of Offenders is lined up by experts in criminologists, penologists, and senior police officers as well as experts in criminal law, human rights, and rehabilitation which could guide us into the right step in the right time.

Next, a cutting edge reforming law and punishment could take over the problem at the root. “mat rempit” is classified as social problem at first and turned into criminal problem. So reconsidering our law and punishment would be a catalysed in curbing “ mat rempit” problem. The punishment under road transport act 1987 is maximum rm5000 fine and 5 years of imprisonment. There are a lot of suggestions that we should amend this law for a better one. Taking a perfect example is changing it to remodel the civilian conservation corps introduced by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt in the great depression era. Imposing these can act as a program that reconstruct the mentality of “mat rempit” by having them living in camps, wore uniforms, and lived under quasi-military discipline. However a proper action should also be taken to those who support “mat rempit” by supplying racing parts or illegal parts for their motorcycle. Stopping the supply means stopping the buyers. When the parts are rarely found the number of “mat rempit” would be reduce vastly. As Khairy Jamaluddin mention in a tv programmed “called point of view” on ntv7, the solution in “mat rempit” issues is taking down the clan head down first. Thus, the remaining follower will vanished in a matter of time.

As a “finissage” or finishing of the steps taken to overcome “mat rempit” problem we could also have an impact approaches. These rebellious “mat rempit” is also a human. Which mean that they would response to the approaches of other human. Having them back into the society would be an impact to civilian for our own sake. “Beat the Heat” is a program introduced in south florida which drastically cut down the amount of drag racing on the Florida streets, while also fostering a better relationship between racers and officers. This is by having a monthly racing between the cops and civilian. In the same time they would be attracted to the drag strip rather than the streets. Such events would be a good way to approach those problematic “mat rempit”. After that we could try the Project E.R.A.S.E introduced by Ontario police. The primary goal is "To change poor driver behaviour through education and strategic enforcement." This can only be done to all of us by having critical approach. Some speech wouldn’t do the trick but we can try advertise it while the “beat the heat” like event. By having them more comfortable and not experiencing outrages pressure it could motivate “mat rempit” not to street racing. Education would be the best elixir in all problem including “mat rempit” issues.

At the end of the day, we can’t afford to have another people die in the hand of snatch thief or our children hit by these thugs. An immediate action should be taken addressed by our responsible body or this thing will just be the beginning of their era. Throughout research made by having alternative strategy that could reform our criminal justice policies, reconsidering our law as well our punishment and an impact approach towards “mat rempit”. Our so called solutions have failed to overcome their problem for twenty years. We can put a full stop to the long story since their existence in 1980’s if we act today. As we usually used phrases like “action speaks louder than word”, it’s about time to make this idea to be implemented.

PPSMI

i was in the middle of DR.J class when one of my former lecturer nicknamed mdm ju text me. i was shocked but pleased. here how it's sound.

"may i know your point of view regarding PPSMI which will be eliminated in 2012? what a dissapointing decision ever made i would say"

and i was replying this.

"it's not shocking the decision they take after the issues being opposed by many people. i guess democracy have shown us the demerits"

as i was sneaking into the shadows try to reply the text i couldn't say much as my ear are still catching DR.J lecture and my hand are typing it. it was a head jamming situation. so i just text that. however. fear no more. i have come out with my full view of PPSMI issues. please read the text below.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PPSMI was originally designed to improve our student's english level and preparing them towards a higher level of education which is likely to be known taught in english. for example uitm that have been using english as it's interaction languange. there also number's of local university does the same. however as a student of uitm and first batch of PPSMI,i would say it was a failure in process and objective.

the learning process in english was quite difficult for the student's as there is no real transition time given. the sudden change in language have turn the table of learning upside down. these situation was faced by both teachers and student. as teachers didn't receive an ample time to actually trained their self to teach in english. when the teachers failed to deliver the knowledge. the student's can't actually receive the knowledge.

despite that my batch did quite well in the spm although it was hard as brick. bare in mind that if the pure science stream student's find it's challenging, the lower class stream will find it killing. they couldn't even perform at average level in english and when they was learning math and science in english they suffered a lot. if we going to say that we preparing them to university then we might could just rejecting them by making them failed enormously.

don't forget the people who living in the rural areas. the english language is considered as one of the hardest subject for them and yet with give them another two solid subject? this will bring the grade to the floor eventually. taking as example those natives people who can't even talk fluent in english and still sticking with their slang of the natives. when we pouring upon them knowledge using the language they can't fully understand, they can't fully show their true performance. the communication between teacher and natives student's also stiffening due to the slang problem as the teacher's might not understand what their student's asking.

the purpose of PPSMI is improving our english standards. but english is english. it's a language and not involving the term used in math and science. a lot of term used in math and science are special term used universally without language border. so the so called improving objective is something that i would say nonsense. it might decline the graph of math and science and inclined english graph. why do we need to sacrifice two things for one?

then they would say to prepare the students for higher levels of education. this look real deal to me. however the students selected to the university supposed to be the students who can think critically. there are alternatives of PPSMI regarding this objective, such as tightening up the requirement of university admission. i was shocked when there's so many of TESL students last semester failed to get band 4 in their muet. there must be something wrong in the selection isn't it?

the opposition also bring us the issue of defending our heritage language. it's not i'm on their side but they got a point there. language is just a medium of the knowledge. what vital in learning is the essence of learning. no matter in what language or slang. the basics idea must be there in the sutdents mind so they can accelerate their performance. furthermore if DR.M have introduced us the slogan "looking to the east". in the east we'll find japan at the end of asia. they didn't good in english generally but they are one of the leading G8 country.

as a conclusion. my view is PPSMI is a failure and should be abolished as this country is a democracy country and for the sake of our children future. but the whole system of our education system should be reconsider. perhaps we could harden up our syllabus in english at the primary school level, non examination oriented learning and tightening the admission requirement of higher education learning.

human right watch malaysia report 2009

Hopes that Malaysia's human rights climate would improve following elections in March 2008 proved unfounded. The ruling National Front coalition lost the two-thirds parliamentary majority it had enjoyed since Malaysia became independent in 1957 but was still in power at this writing. National Front leaders continue to insist that Malaysia's multiethnic society is too fragile to sustain genuine freedom of assembly and expression or full due process rights for all suspects.

The government continues to use outdated repressive laws and regulations to silence its critics and extend its rule. One such critic is former Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, now leading the opposition coalition People's Alliance. In what was widely viewed as a politically motivated attempt to discredit him, police charged him with consensual sexual relations with a male aide in August 2008.

The People's Volunteer Corps, a largely volunteer paramilitary force, continues to commit abuses against undocumented migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers.

Detention without Charge or Trial

Malaysia uses the Internal Security Act (ISA) to indefinitely detain, without charge or trial, individuals deemed by officials to threaten Malaysia's national security. This includes not only individuals suspected of planning terrorist attacks, such as members of the militant Islamist groups Jemaah Islamiah and Darul Islam, but also individuals allegedly promoting ethnic or religious discord.

On December 13, 2007, after the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) organized a massive rally to draw attention to discrimination faced by Malaysia's Indian population, the government detained five of its leaders. In October 2008, the government declared Hindraf an illegal organization on the grounds that it constituted a "threat to public order and morality." As of late November 2008, the leaders remained in ISA custody.

On September 12, 2008, police detained three government critics under the ISA. Raja Petra Kumaruddin, founder and editor of Malaysia's most popular website MalaysiaToday, was originally detained for two years for insulting Islam but was freed on procedural grounds on October 7. The government is appealing the ruling. Authorities also detained opposition Democratic Action Party parliamentarian Teresa Kok for a week for involvement in "activities that may spark a religious dispute," and Tan Hoon Cheng, a Sin Chew Daily reporter, for 18 hours.

According to the Abolish ISA Movement (Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA), 64 individuals were in ISA detention as of October 2008.

Migrant Workers, Refugees, and Asylum Seekers

According to Malaysia's Immigration Department, there were 2.1 million documented migrants in Malaysia in November 2007. Undocumented migrants are estimated at over 400,000, some 150,000 of whom are refugees or asylum seekers.

As the Malaysian Immigration Act of 1959/1963 does not distinguish between undocumented migrant workers and refugees, all those without valid residency status are subject to arrest, detention, and deportation. The People's Volunteer Corps (RELA), numbering half a million members, is empowered by law to enter any premises and arrest "undesirable persons" and suspected undocumented migrants. No search or arrest warrants are necessary. During 2007, close to 60,000 migrants-including children-were arrested, imprisoned, or deported. Most migrant children are denied access to schools and some end up in exploitative forms of child labor.

In May and June 2008, migrants told Human Rights Watch researchers how RELA members abused them with impunity during detention and in the immigration detention centers where RELA is responsible for security. Abuses include physical assault, intimidation, forced entry into living quarters, extortion, theft, destruction of residency papers, and sexual abuse.

Testimonies from migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers deported from Malaysia to the Thai border indicate collusion between Malaysian immigration officials and human smuggling gangs who charge steep fees to facilitate deportees' return to Malaysia or back to Burma.

Cases of severe physical abuse of migrant domestic workers continue to be reported. In September 2008 a Malaysian employer forced an Indonesian domestic worker to drink boiling water. The criminal justice system has been slow to respond. A verdict in the case of Nirmala Bonat, burned and brutally beaten by her employer in 2004, was expected in late November 2008.

Many of the approximately 400,000 primarily Indonesian domestic workers in Malaysia experience withheld wages, forced confinement, and excessively long work hours without days off; some face physical and sexual abuse. Domestic workers are excluded from key provisions of Malaysia's 1955 Employment Act and their work permits tie them to a particular employer, making it difficult to report abuse for fear of deportation.

Freedom of Assembly and Police Abuse

Article 10 of Malaysia's constitution guarantees freedom of assembly, but the Police Act of 1967 severely restricts its exercise in practice. No more than four persons may assemble in public without a police license. Police are empowered to break up unlicensed demonstrations, arrest participants, and use force if orders to disperse are ignored. In January 2008 a peaceful protest organized by NGOs and opposition political parties targeting inflationary pressure resulted in 56 short detentions.

Excessive use of force at public demonstrations is one of the reasons that a May 2005 Royal Commission recommended the establishment of an Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission. No such commission has been created.

Freedom of Expression

An increasingly vibrant blogosphere and use of electronic media and communications are challenging longstanding restrictions on free expression, but authorities continue periodic crackdowns on dissent.

On August 25, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission ordered all 19 internet service providers to block MalaysiaToday, suggesting it published "libelous, defamatory and slanderous" material threatening public order. Postings had probed government activities the leadership apparently did not want exposed. The Malaysian cabinet overturned the closure order on September 11.

The broadly worded 1948 Sedition Act has been used to silence bloggers who express grievances against the government or who "promote feelings of ill will and hostility between" ethnic groups in Malaysia. In October 2008, Kamaruddin was put on trial for sedition for an article he wrote about a 2006 murder case.

The 1984 Printing Presses and Publications Act censors newspapers by requiring annual renewal of publishing licenses and by controlling production and distribution of foreign publications. The Home Affairs Ministry can restrict or ban a publication outright on several different vaguely defined grounds and no legal remedy or judicial review is available.

In September 2008 the ministry instructed three newspapers to "show cause" why their publication licenses should not be suspended or rescinded. Sin Chew Daily, a Chinese-language paper, had reported on allegedly sensitive issues affecting ethnic relations; The Sun, an English Daily, was cited for "manipulating and playing up numerous sensitive issues," and Suara Keadilan, the People's Justice Party internal publication, had claimed that an official became paralyzed after heart surgery.

Freedom of Religion

Islam is Malaysia's official state religion, but the constitution protects freedom of religion for all. Tensions periodically arise over whether Malaysia is a secular or religious state and over attempts to widen or restrict the jurisdiction of Sharia courts.

On August 9, 2008, some 300 protestors disrupted an open forum entitled "Conversion to Islam," sponsored by the Malaysian Bar Council. The protestors contended that non-Muslims had no right to discuss Islam. The forum addressed issues faced by families caught in jurisdictional disputes on matters such as civil marriage, divorce and custody battles, and burial rites.

Privacy

Section 377 of Malaysia's criminal code criminalizes "carnal intercourse against the order of nature," both consensual and non-consensual. Activists have urged Malaysian authorities to repeal provisions on consensual relations and replace the section on non-consensual sexual acts with a modern, gender-neutral law on rape.

Human Rights Defenders

The NGO community, the Malaysian bar, lawyers, journalists, and some opposition politicians actively defend human rights despite serious personal and professional risks. Police arrested and detained overnight eight activists including members of the bar and local non-governmental organizations during a December 2007 peaceful march to commemorate International Human Rights Day. Six of the eight went on trial in October 2008.

On January 6, 2008, police used water cannons to break up a vigil organized by the Abolish ISA movement. On September 26 and October 9, after more ISA arrests, police broke up additional candlelight vigils opposing the ISA. In the latter incident, police confiscated the camera of a newspaper reporter, one of 23 people temporarily detained after the vigil.

Key International Actors

Tension in the US-Malaysia relationship surfaced in 2008. While the US praised Malaysia as a regional counterterrorism leader, officials in August expressed concern over the filing of sodomy charges against Anwar Ibrahim, and in September summoned Ilango Karuppannan, the charge d'affaires at the Malaysian embassy, to protest Malaysia's crackdown on critics.

Lord Malloch-Brown, the UK's minister of state in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, said the UK had also spoken with Malaysian officials about the crackdown and had raised the issue with its EU partners and the Commonwealth Secretariat.

In a September address to the UN, Malaysian Foreign Minister Dr. Rais Yatim objected to interference in Malaysia's internal affairs.

Although the US Department of State's June 2008 "Trafficking in Persons Report" upgraded Malaysia's status from Tier 3 to Tier 2, US Senator Lugar expressed concern about continuing reports of trafficking of Burmese at the Thai-Malay border.

Malaysia has supported the creation of an ASEAN regional human rights mechanism, but in July 2008 Foreign Minister Yatim said that its standards should reflect the "ASEAN value system," hearkening back to the "Asian values" debate and the discredited notion that Asians value human rights less than others.

mat rempit-bahagian 1

introduksi

asal usul mat rempit

faktor kelahiran mat rempit

"they(mat rempit) needs a balanced approach". dan satu lagi artikel dari satumalaysia.wordpress.com menyatakan. "Jiwa Mat Rempit begitu keras.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-Mazidul Akmal Sidek(penerbit eksekutif tv3)
-Kamal Affendi Hashim(penganalisi jenayah)
-Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(IPTA)

discrimination

i wonder. why if i'm driving bmw i didn't even stop at any roadblock. but if i'm riding 125zr i must be detained. it's as simple as first sight on what your riding and it's value. nowadays enforcer of law is getting worst. the last tv show at 999, a high rank officer said that he don't care what your in but if you breaking the law then you have to face the law. is it? or it just your own illusion sir?

the situation is why must motorist must be blame for issues like snatching and other crime. it's not everyone that ride on the bike done that. why? simply because the criminal frequently using the bike as a medium of crime because it cheap and easy to get away. but most of the riders out there just ordinary people who deserve the same like others.

sometime motorist always being blame for everything. but if we're in the car. the scenario is changed suddenly. i always drive any car in dangerous method but never get cought. but if i ride the bike in the same manners then i am called mat rempit or even worst a criminal. what is happening here is a simple streotyping by people who always been feed with the news regarding bike crime.

why don't we blame the car driver? i don't know. to see the different try on federal highway to kl road. then you see if a car can change lane in high speed without giving any signal then people will say "setan betol, eksiden baru taw", but if a motorist did that then people will tend to say "pukimak punyer rempit mampus lagi bagus". here again. why does we must called them mat rempit? does eveyone on a fast and dangerous bike mat rempit? later on if we see superbike doing the same thing we will say "pergh lawa motor". what is happening?

we small rider always being discriminate. and ways to resist it is just by "resistance". but until when? the conclusion is the people minds. if we all set in our mind small motorist is the criminal then it is. but if we change it. it doesn't. way of thinking have put the law into something too rigid to us,motorist. and by simple logic. we could think. "rigid is meant to be broken". the rigid the law the more the criminal. you'll see what i'm saying soon.

chin peng

breaking the block inside blog

blogging todays had turned into a new media inside the new world. it is a free streaming media which may contain what ever stuff that the writer tends to write. it was one source that can be daoubt the genuity of the writings. but as the world fast pace todays had turned this kind of media to spread worldwide fast. basically a blog may contain personal diaries or even latest news. it's all depends on the writer how the flow will go. brand new stream had taken over the youngster that might get bored with main stream media as the media is regulated under some kind of freak from the government which tends to say that "it's for our internal peace".
however as Raja Petra had said in one of his interview. our people are now more developed than back then. we can tolerate and understand whatever message that the bloggers try to delivered. and as he said. mei the 13 wont be happening because of any blog. but my view mei 13 can be repeated due to the rigidity of rules by government that oppressed the citizen to become more aggressive. try read my rigidity cause revolutions article.

back to the topic. breaking the block refer to breaking the habist of non-bloggers from mis-viewing any blog. some blog may become too aggressive and too soft. some might be a lie and some might be a truth. however. what we all know, blog is a private media that streams our own thinking or agenda to the outside world. it's up to the readers to receive the message or not. what can they do? anylze what ever that is written before jumping into believes or conclusions. as this is basic things to do when you get an article no matter where it come from. precautions should be taken as some people have their own agenda try to pursuade people in their
missions which may bring harm towards others. so it is the readers responsibility to differentiate what is true and what is wrong. what can we do to determine it stiffness of statement? googled more and more. that's how i do it. but always bare in mind. "different colours made by different mind".

then some of closed minded people claimed that bloggers tend to say out loud but act silent. probably it was true as many of the bloggers didn't really stand their stand inside the blog outside the blog. why? this may due to unstability of outside world. let say why do the politics people use blog for campaign? because what others can do is read and it's up to them to receive it or deny. but if they say it out loud they will be possiblity of assault or riot which may cause chaos. that is why many bloggers tend to write what on the inside of their mind rather speaking. remember old saying "action speaks luder". but there also another old saying that
"writings sharper than sword". see? the writing is a nother kind of weapon used. if it was on the right hand. it could kill someone on the inside thus hurting them on the outside. as what malaysia police view. "blog now have become a threat". yes. it is true because blog contain no tolerant as it speaks directly from the bottom of the heart.

it's not that we blogger throw a stone and then hide. what we did is throw an idea of our own for others to view it. and it's up to them. everything is on the readers hand. what we bloggers write have no concern on others as it is a private blog. and please remember in wikipedia said that "Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries." so? it is an diaries of bloggers. and diaries always tell a story on one side which is the bloggers. and different blog carry different stories. thus it is totally private and no one should say anything about any blog. it is our right to speak.
it is a democracy world out there right? so write it out.

rigidity cause revolutions

when a law become tighter and rigid. it's actually not going to solve the problem. when this happen we may see the arrest level is higher. but it's not because the crime are getting lower. but the arrest is getting higher because it's too tight. it's kept to stop something that never will exist. for example road law. we're taking it's to the higher level but the arrest is getting higher day by day. why we failed to stop it even we've got more powerful law? because we're not stopping it but increase it by getting the law into another par which is more ordinary and innocent people are accused to be a criminal. that is what happen when law is too rigid.

then after the rigidity is maintain a group will actually push forward for revolutions. and that is when the law is broken more and more by day to day. then the government will create a tighter law and these things will repeated again and again. such a stupid act. for what i know we should create a preventive law rather than create a punishing law. for example if we want to stop rempit. then create a law regarding dealer and shop who modifying motors and who supply racing parts. if we can stop the supply then there will be less street racers. but if we create a law against the racer. then we couldn't stop it as the parts is delivered daily and newborn racers are created daily.

think again why we've failed to stop rempit even we caught them again and again in massive number of arrest? because the stock is keep coming and they kept going forward. to stop a force forward first we have to stop the energy that force them. then it will be easier rather than try to stop the force which is hard and endless. maybe people will think the same but they can't say anything as the law is the law isn't it? but the law maker itself and law enforcer is a greedy entity. why? law maker needs new law to uprise their reputation. law enforcer need new law to have their "coffee money" flowing. they just love money flowing towards them. and the one who losing money is us. why? our tax are used to detained those criminal. in addition our money are used to pay the summons. what sad situations isn't it?

everything i stand for

every single thing that i stand won't fall down even the world crumbled up by those fools. because everything i've said is something that is what i believe in. and what i believe will be slightly or far from what you believe. as it has been proved back then in my past. i oppose those fools who thinks only one way. which lead them to normality. as the norm of yours won't effect me. take that to your note. someone said to me. "the world is not moving because one steps,it's required thousand steps in thousand ways to make it move". and i've said before in many previous post. i'm not on your side. i'm on the otherside of life. to critics me is something that i can tolerate with. but to freaking insult my stand is something that i wouldn't compromise. but still i will entertain the stupid "anti-underage" because i love to fools those fools. why? because it's fun when you realized how stupid they are to insult others stand, but they don't really have a concrete stand at all. i bet those fools don't even know what they are in this life. what they know is their name and religion. in addition they only know it without knowing the meaning. how pathetic they are. let me make it clear who are they. they are the scumbag that make our life is filled with misunderstanding, hatred and jealously. they are the one who make our life look miserable. because they are the diseases that plagued our mankind.

treat them or eliminate them.
it's your call.
choose wisely.

old post from my other blog

fake freedom/unreal unity/malaysian mentality

We bumiputra are the owners of the Malays land. Even before the parameswara came, we had been here from the prehistoric age. When the parameswara came and establish a kingdom in here we being attracted by the kingdom concept which we believes that it can protect our liberty, property and life. By those believe we had gaves our loyalty to the kingdom especially the kings. This is proved when the kings changed his religions. The people of the kingdom also changed their religions. We bumiputra mainly consist of malay are greatly known as loyal people across the nusantara. But it was hundred years ago. After being colonised and being in hard life. We had realized that we are the owner of the land and should not be govern by the others or non bumiputra. So we fight for our freedom. But in order to obtain our right of ruling this land we had to compromised our rights and power to non bumiputra. Then we came up with social contracts. The agreement which sealed bumiputra and non bumiputra right. Those things make us obtained our freedom. Don’t just simply said. Only Malays fight for freedom. Without the non bumi and Malays. Can we archieve the freedom? No. Because the british demanded the unity between races. Why? Because they think this is impossible to be archived. But yet. We archived it. we did the impossible. The word is “unity” and that is the base of freedom. But did we realize those “unity” is not real. It is only on paper or on contracts. There is no real unity in all of us between races. But yet we treated the others normally and gently. Why? Because it have been hundreds years since we've been living with them. There is a strong chemistry between us. But still we have the racist thinking. We kept wonder why our unity is not real? Because we just can’t stop to shouting about our right. If we shouting about our right. Can we shut their mouth to stop shouting about their right? No. Why? Because we all humans. We want to preserve and obtain our human right.

The answer to all of this is simple.

we did not even now the meaning of “unity” which act as the base of our freedom.

bumiputra or non bumiputra. Both didn’t understand.

this is why our freedom is not real until one day

we archieve the unity among us.

Where we can live together without

Religion,skin colour and races boundary.

Where our children are real free of the mind set of

“freedom is ours”

but they will said

"we all are the freedom itself"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

why after 50 years of merdeka we are still grappling with concern about unity

this my personal view. please, this is not an offense to anyone. just a view.

for century. from the history.
we always being the races that is too pampered.
until one big incident happened until we have lost every single of ours.
that is when we are awoke and say:
"we will rise again to gain back what is ours!"
that what we are.if you say no.
read and study back our history.
for 50 years. we have been given the chances to retain and maintain our rights.
the owner of the land. we have our pride and we are too ego.

new book!

i just bought a book named "RESET rethinking the malaysian politics paradigm" written by Suflan Shamsudin. the books is the same example of the person that had the same thinking ideology with me. as you see the whole system we had now is require a new reformatting.
if we are able to take the greater risk back before. why are we too afraid to take it one more time? are we afraid of our own shadow? actually what i think the major problem is the mind set that had been inherited from the narrow and short thinking of our ancestors. not trying to said that they made the wrong moves .but what i'm trying to say is their moves is for their time being and not suitable enough to survive todays politics, races and religion scenario that had been scrambled up by us. it's not really anyone fault. its the fault of those upside there that had been ignoring the integrity and focuses their interest in developing the country. as the vision 2020 proposed its talk about how to be a well developed country by mentality and physically. if we see malaysia nowadays we can say that we have archieve so much physcial archievement such as KLCC,MSC and our economic growth. but on the other side. mentality? i would say none had been improving. even more we are degrading the integrity and our mind set. we getting back to the dark age of melaka. did we remembered how the tamil muslim and malay screwed up one of the greatest kingdom in the south east asia region? and why did they fighting each other at that time? because the selfishness and they are not interested in communicate. furthermore discussing the malays right is a taboo. isn't it? actually it's more than a taboo as it is written in federal constitution art 153. forget about the integrity problem as now the government had shown their keen interest in these issues. but i had something that kept bothering me recently.

we are owner in this land. but are we still qualified to become the owner?
the owner should be able to take care everything that it's owned.
and by the todays situation. did we managed what we have well?
for 50 years we had enjoys so much supreamcy than the other races.
but after 50 years what kind of supremacy we had over the other races without any help of our supremacy in the federal constitution? i would say a few.
like DR M said that only few of malay takes advantage of what we had.
yes. that is so true. so. these few numbers of us that are really capable to lead us.
not those who is now leading us. i'm sorry. i just can't see what they did. their archievement is good. but for leading the country.they just not suited enough. even the opposition leader is seems to be quite "cloudy" leadership. so who is qualified enough? i just don't know. let time decide who will be the next great leader but let us vote for the reformating of our mind set.
not by voting the opposition. but by changing our mind set so we can vote wisely and view things critically.

pemilihan umno?

the internal conflict of UMNO is now continued. will we be seeing something change?
i was attracted when i arrive at the restaurant and the bulletin in tv3 show about the election of UMNO. what i heard and read. one of the candidate had been proposed and ideology of breaking the seniority leadership. this is a positive thinking. a leadership shouldn't be lead by the senior but by those who are qualified. this issues had been recalled my memory of our prophet friends era. when saidina umar lead the government at that time was in a meeting. then a young people try to express something and one of the senior government member ask him to shut it up. and saidina umar said "let the young speak, maybe he had an idea we didn't". so what i believe in here is. a younger member can take the leadership if he is qualified enough but in the same time he has to respect the senior. and the senior shouldn't under estimate the capability and credibility of the younger people. by obtaining this two common understanding the government or even a party we will be in its solid state from the very deep inside. this is the first step to win back the heart of malays. go on UMNO. goodluck.

cold war (the next stage)

a few weeks ago i read a newspaper report about a massive military training.
it was the most massive military movement since the last event where russia take over a small country that was used to be in USSR. furthermore it was the biggest military training since 20 years of cold war ended. russia leader Medvedev said that they will introduce the new war stuff.
can we imagine? since the last cold war they did an impressive development with MIG. and now? what will they introduce? i assumes that nowadays that they are developing a long range missile or ballistics that carry nuclear silos. why? because based on statistics they are the country that believed in nuclear power. while the U.S believe speed in bombing is power. and to support my assumption lately U.S trying to plant a missile defence mechanism in europe to counter the Russia missiles. and how did Russia react? by giving a statement that they will not hesitate to used nuclear weapon to the country who co-op with U.S. to support the fact. Pavel felgenhauer,a military analyzer said that Russia is preparing to have a huge conflict with U.S. and what i don't understand that is. why did U.S underestimate the Russia power. did U.S realize that in military combat U.S didn't even won once. they just won in the name. the fact? in Vietnam. they actually lose. and now in North Korea? they actually afraid assault them because they know they will suffer a great lose. recently in Iraq. did they win? yes. did they suffer more than the Iraqis? yes. so actually U.S should reconsider in messing up with another country again. because they won't win. why? because they didn't know how to tackle a battlefield. what they know is just. bombard and bluff. thats all.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

old NEP is relevant?

30% quota is actually to help reconstruct malays power in economic field. by statistics our income had increase from 6++ to 12++. but did we look at the chinese who own the economy in our country? how they develop despite the affirmative discrimination by us? why didn't we study this and adapt it into the new whatever plan to help malays? owh. i know. because what they didn't see the other side that i see. that what make us different. :)
and even they see what i see. they are not going to change.
because "malays nowadays=lazy and dependent"

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"kita kerajaan sapa berani lawan. kita buat salah sapa tahu."

organizing those orcs?

what our islamic world been facing lately and constantly is because we are dividing into many tribes. islam is one religion. so why there should be a conflict between us. even we had different mazhab. we still one religion. and it's our duty to protect our islam brother. but still we want to deal with those non muslims to help us. what do you want? do you expect they want to compromises for something that is not returning them? no way. i know. it a little hard to do anything as many country not rich enough to actually send help. what i propose is. each of OIC country sends 100 elits forces to gaza. if there 100 country sending. there will be 10 000 of elits forces. it still far out numbered but at least we try. rather then condemn the attack. word do speaks louder than forces. but they ain't listening. it's time to show our unity. not show that we are helpless. to the islamic fighter such as al-qaeda. where are you guys. this is the time to go to war. you have nothing to lose except your soul in jihad. isn't that what we all been dreaming of? in holy quran had been told that one day they going to fall. when is it? we don't know exact date. and still we are standing and hoping that time to come? can't we at least try? to me. we can't afford to lose anymore innocent people to wait that time to come. it will come and we will continue fighting till the end. there won't be anymore regret if die in this way. anyway or another we all are going to die. and to die for someone else is one noble thing. may the fighters in gaza stand on their ground. each thing we do is a step towards that time. don't wait for it. go for it. when we are one we are strong. no matter how many they come we'll face it together. let us pray for hamas and palestine people. god willing to test us. let us face it. and fight for it.

Arab Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar mengeluarkan 500 bilion dolar
thailand mengeluarkan 545 bilion dolar

*4 negara gergasi minyak islam kalah dengan negara pengeluar tom yam?!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

dibawah beberapa ungkapan islam yg mungkin membuka minda pembaca.

"sesiapa yang berjuang dijalan tuhan akan dibantu"
"jikan tuhan mengkehendaki sesuatu maka tiada yg mampu mengubah"

penggunaan sistem undang2 islam akan mendekatkan kita setapak kearah jalan yg diberkati allah. maka yakinkanlah hati yg gundah kerana hati yg gundah hanya kerana dikaburi keselesaan. kerana hati yg menafikan dibisikkan syaitan dedngan jarum2 neraka yg menyimpangkan ketetapan hati mu. moga kita segera dipayungi lembayung tuhan yg esa untuk memudahkan kita menuju jalan yg hakiki.

disebalik serangan israel

"islam hanyalah sesuatu frasa
yg tidak difahami dan didalami
TETAPI DIANUTI"

current political review

theres been too much issues lately especially the state of perak. what i can see and say after reading from various sources is everything is actually a unplanned opportunity. the opportunity is taken by the BN in such a way so it can regain people trust. but the fact is it's only their people. they need to regain the BN party member back by taking the state. it's not exactly to regain all people trust as the people who with the opposition party is actually believe that this is a planned things. i was thinking the same but it doesn't seems to goes inline with the proof all around. so it's will remain as rumors and not a strengthen statement.

there is the cutting edge of the current political inconsistency lately. from my view. this is the moment where both opposition and government seeks to regain confident of their on people. the government might think that it will weaken the opposition. but it doesn't seems to go that way.the people of opposition is growing stronger hatred to the government. as they think it is a tactical assault by the government. the victim now is not the people who in both side. but those who are in the middle. they will think in only two ways. the government is using the dirty tactics or the opposition is too weak.
but the government as usual use every streams to cover up with proof and fact. that is how government tackle these rumors. and the opposition which can't come such proof and fact will come with more and more excuse. but if we think logically. how can this happened? it never happen before. and why? because before the government is controlling the state isn't it? it is logic what they try to say. but it depends on the viewer to view on which side.

then the provocation is another thing to bring forward into a review. the provocation of the government on malays ruler loyalty is just an old mechanism they often uses against the opposition that consist multiracial. we did know they didn't have the same voice. but their goal is the same. getting rid of the current government and try a new solution. which we might predict a riot and chaos might happen as the malays power are often being questioned. but here is one question to be rethink by the readers. "if we are loyal to the king why we take away his power?" the common answer is it's for the sake of future and development. can't we see the country which still using the same old method still exist and even more stronger than us in few aspects? it is actually nothing left to us to be protected. it just a provocation subject that actually being used by political field. as we can see even the power and rights of malays are getting reduced day by day by so called government who protected our rights. so to me. it's actually a time to realize that one day our day of ownership is done. it's time to move on. really. it will kill us all. but who ever survive in these new harsh world will become one of our most fine generations. to me. take the risk. it's time to move on. just like the time where tunku agreed to do the same thing just to free us. and now? it's time for us to do the same.

as perak situation? there is is something fishy going on. and it's prove to me that every action have the reason and consequence. no matter which side you are. there will be the opportunity to get stronger or weaker by these situation. it's really depend on the people. as they both fighting for the people right? pick wisely. the next small election will be the key point. if BN win, they have sucessfully regain their support. if opposition win, that mean the next general election they will form the new government. however. this is prediction. everything is unpredictable in politics.

freedom of religion

freedom of religion

do we have he freedom of religious in our country? yes. we are free to profess and exercise our own religion. these are stated in article 11 of federal constitution. but do we really have freedom of religion? to choose and profess. today i am going to dig these things up.

islam position in malaysia

some people says malaysia are islamic country. but to define an islamic country is actually the country that accept purely islamic law such as pakistan and iran. the answer is malaysia is not an islamic country. in article 3 of federal constitution it says that islam is the offical religion of the country. but nothing is beyond the federal constitution power. which means we didn't even apply islamic law. except for when it comes to syariah courts we do do judgements using islamic method and law. eventhough it's not really islamic. in the federal constitution proposal also had describe that malaysia is actually a secular country. this is because we formed malaysia with a few races and religion. so making malaysia a islamic law actually is hard because there
will be opposition from the others. like it or not we are secular even we are majorly consisting islams people.

others position in malaysia

the politician always told us that the other races and religion are satisfied with our so called islamic country. but actually we are discriminate the others without realizing it. the customary law for instance. islam have it by syariah courts and law. but the others is none. why? maybe the reason is to minimize and fasten things up. but what we did is actually killing the customs of other religions softly and legally. let see article 8 in federal constitution. is it equal that we have our own customary law and not them? it seems that the law itself didn't even apply their own doctrine. hence we can know why is people from other races or religion kept protesting because they are not treated equal enough. to them equality is just a word that played by politicians.

choosing own religion

in malaysia we all inherited our parents religions. we can change it except for muslims. muslim is not allowed to actually leave the religion. because there is syariah law in our country. why the other persons allowed to convert? even in christian the punishment is death too? the politicians don't care much as it wont affect the country stability because they are the minority in the country. whatever happens the government will only care about the majority. so called democracy teach us that. if christians convert into islam it is legal. but its not the other way turns. why? because there is syariah law. and there is no legal christians law. to the church sides it is unfair. but still malaysians people do have one understanding that unite us all. "buat bodoh".

basically we can't choose our own religion. why? because our politicians and law that is so corrupted. it's not even secular or religious country. it's politics country which means everything are in their hand. not ours. it is so called democracy.
